Position: Director
Qualifications: A Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Experience & specialisms: Having already gained 20 years experience in public practice, Duncan joined Graham Martin & Co in May 2006 and was duly appointed a director in 2008. Following the retirement of Graham Martin in December 2017, he became joint owner of the company. Duncan specialises in providing business advice and tailored added value solutions to a wide variety of small to medium sized businesses, as well as managing the full range of accounting, taxation and auditing compliance services provided. He also acts in a financial director capacity for several clients and relishes the hands on approach and involvement in their affairs which this role demands. Duncan was a part time lecturer in Auditing at Eastleigh College. However, after 10 years in the role he resigned in 2009 to concentrate on the development of the practice.
Outside work: Duncan is a keen follower of most sports although his main passions are Hampshire Cricket and Southampton Football Club, where he is a lifelong season ticket holder. He is also a keen runner and an avid reader, when time permits.

Position: Client Manager
Qualifications: A Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Xero Certified Advisor.
Experience & specialisms: Having gained 7 years experience in public practice, Jo joined Graham Martin & Co in November 2004, and qualified shortly after in 2005. She specialises in assisting small to medium sized businesses with their accounting and taxation affairs, in addition to advising and implementing, accounting software solutions.
Outside work: Jo is a keen follower of football, especially Southampton Football Club. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, children and dog, reading.
Position: Payroll Manager
Experience & specialisms: Beth joined Graham Martin & Co in December 2015 and continues to develop and grow the in house payroll bureau assisting clients in managing their statutory formalities in an efficient and professional manner. During her time with the company to date she has guided numerous businesses through the Auto – Enrolment process and continues to manage their ongoing compliance. Prior to joining Graham Martin & Co Beth worked in commerce managing a weekly payroll for an average of 60 employees. Having worked in retail in a senior management capacity in her native South Africa, before emigrating to the UK in 2009 with her family, Beth is able to bring a broad cross section of commercial knowledge and self awareness to the role.
Outside work: Beth loves to socialize with friends and family and is an avid reader in between managing a busy household.
