Andrew is a keen rugby follower through Winchester RFC, the Scottish Exiles and London Irish. He is currently Honorary Treasurer of Winchester RFC. Following a number of years spent coaching junior football he has now hung up his boots and is Treasurer of Bishops Waltham Dynamos Junior Sports Club.

Experience & specialisms:

Having already gained 20 years experience in public practice, Duncan joined Graham Martin & Co in May 2006 and was duly appointed a director in 2008. He specialises in providing business advice and tailored added value solutions to a wide variety of small to medium sized businesses, as well as managing the full range of accounting, taxation and auditing compliance services provided. He also acts in a financial director capacity for several clients and relishes the hands on approach and involvement in their affairs which this role demands. Duncan was a part time lecturer in Auditing at Eastleigh College. However, after 10 years in the role he resigned in 2009 to concentrate on the development of the practice.

Outside work:

Duncan is a keen follower of most sports although his main passions are Hampshire Cricket and Southampton Football Club, where he is a lifelong season ticket holder. He is also a member of Activate Health and Fitness Suite in Fair Oak and enjoys reading and spending time with his young family.
